Slow websites lose customers. I build fast ones.

I’m Faez, a full-stack developer for agencies and e-commerce brands. I speed up and fix WordPress and WooCommerce stores, and build React, Node and Python apps, from the first commit to the production server.

What clients usually call me about

Most projects start with one of these five problems. If yours is on the list, I’ve solved it before.

“Our store is slow and Google says it fails Core Web Vitals.”

I find what’s actually slowing it down: hosting, plugins, images, scripts or the database. Then I fix it on a staging copy first. Typical result: from about 7 seconds to around 2.

Speed optimization

“Something broke and nobody can work out why.”

Checkout errors, plugin conflicts, white screens, layouts that broke after an update. I trace the root cause and explain it in plain words.

Bug fixing

“Our ad tracking doesn’t match our real sales.”

GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API set up so each purchase is counted once, with consent handled properly for EU visitors.

Tracking

“We need a feature no plugin does.”

Product configurators, price calculators, custom checkouts and integrations, written as clean code you own.

WooCommerce development

“We’ve outgrown WordPress, or we need a real app.”

React and Next.js front ends on Node, Python or Laravel back ends, shipped with Docker and automated deploys.

Apps & DevOps

How a project runs

You always know what’s happening, what it costs and when it’s done.

1 Day 1

Free call or audit

Send me your URL or brief. I reply with what I’d do and why, before you pay anything.

2 Day 2

Scope and fixed quote

A written scope, price and timeline. No surprise hours at the end.

3 Build

Staging first

All work happens on a copy of your site with backups. You see progress as it happens.

4 Launch

Live, measured, supported

I launch, measure the result against the goal, and fix anything that comes up for 30 days.

Built for how people search and buy now

Shoppers ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers before they ever click. I build sites those systems can read, and add AI where it actually helps customers.

Show up in AI answers

Structured data, clean markup and fast pages, so AI search and Google can understand and cite your products and services.

AI shopping assistant

A chat assistant that knows your products, sizes and policies, and hands over to a person when it should.

Search that understands shoppers

Product search that finds “waterproof jacket for hiking” even when your listing says “rain shell”.

Faster delivery with AI tools

I use AI coding tools for the routine parts, so your budget goes on judgement, testing and results.

Questions clients ask first

Anything else? Ask on a free call or send a message.

Ask a question
Do you work white-label for agencies?

Yes. I’ve been the development partner for a Danish agency since 2021. I’m happy to sign an NDA, work in your tools and stay invisible to your clients.

What time zone are you in?

Dhaka, UTC+6. My working day overlaps most of the European business day and US East Coast mornings, and I reply within a few hours.

Will speed work break my site?

No. I work on a staging copy with a full backup, test the cart and checkout, and only then apply changes to the live site.

How do payments work?

Packages are paid online by card or PayPal. Larger projects are split into milestones. If you prefer Upwork’s payment protection, we can work there too.

Do I own the code?

Yes, all of it. No lock-in, no licence fees to me, and you get notes on what was built and how to maintain it.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Yes. Most of my work starts with someone else’s code. I start with an audit so we both know what we’re dealing with.

Tell me what’s slow, broken or not built yet.

Book a free 30-minute call or send a short brief. You’ll get a clear plan and a fixed quote, usually within one working day.
